At Kiss Automotive LLC, we value our customers and our technicians’ time. To help us provide efficient and timely service to everyone, the following scheduling policies apply to all appointments.
We understand that emergencies and schedule conflicts happen. We kindly ask customers to provide at least 24 hours notice if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
Repeated cancellations, excessive rescheduling, or missed appointments may result in additional scheduling requirements.
A no-show includes:
Missing a scheduled appointment without contacting the shop
Arriving excessively late without prior approval
Customers with repeated no-shows may:
Lose priority scheduling
Be scheduled based on shop availability only
Be required to place a non-refundable deposit before future appointments can be reserved
Certain repairs may require a deposit at the time of scheduling, including:
Special-order parts
Major diagnostics
Engine or transmission repairs
Jobs requiring reserved technician time
Deposits are applied toward the final invoice when the appointment is kept.
Customers who prepay for parts or special-order components are responsible for scheduling installation within a reasonable timeframe.
Extended delays or repeated rescheduling after parts have been received may result in additional scheduling requirements or storage policies.
Kiss Automotive LLC reserves the right to decline future appointments for customers with excessive cancellations, repeated no-shows, abusive behavior, or failure to comply with shop policies.
