Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Kiss Automotive LLC, we value both your time and ours. To provide the best service possible and accommodate all of our customers, we ask that you review our appointment policy below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Call / No-Show Appointments

If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us, a $65.00 no-show fee may be required before another appointment can be scheduled.

Repeat Missed Appointments

Customers with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to pay a non-refundable diagnostic deposit when scheduling future appointments.

Special Order Parts

If parts have been specially ordered for your vehicle, additional charges or supplier restocking fees may apply if the appointment is canceled after the parts have been ordered.

We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Kiss Automotive LLC.
